The subject of the tender is the maintenance cleaning of buildings on the BildungsCampus Herford.

A large part of the buildings to be cleaned is used by the University of Finance (HSF) of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. This is partly residential accommodation and partly classroom and administrative space. During the university's semester break, only a significantly reduced scope of cleaning services in the form of basic cleaning is planned.

In addition, there are buildings that are used by other facilities (especially a nursing school), a conference center used for events, training and similar events, and an office building for start-up companies.

Window cleaning is not the subject of this tender.

The subject of this lot is the maintenance cleaning in buildings A, B, S (casino) and N (G) (list school), whereby in building S (casino) only parts of the building (especially stairwells and a lecturer's apartment) are to be cleaned by the contractor the other parts of the building (especially the kitchen and canteen area) are cleaned by the cafeteria operator himself.

The cleaning services are generally to be carried out as full cleaning or, if necessary, as basic cleaning. Visual cleaning is only carried out in a very small part of the building area.

The subject of this lot is the maintenance cleaning in building R (conference center) and building F (office building for start-up companies).

The client's own employees are currently still housed in Building R, so that thorough cleaning is initially planned. The constructional completion and commissioning of building F is planned for October 1, 2021, to which the client's own employees will move and which will have to be cleaned continuously from this point onwards (with the exception of about 2 weeks over Christmas). From this point onwards, building R is to be used for events, training courses and similar events. The cleaning cycle for building R will be adapted to the corresponding scope of use from October 1, 2021.

The subject of this lot is the maintenance cleaning in buildings 2, 3 and 4 of the former Hammersmith barracks, in the residential buildings at Ulmenstrasse 1, 3, 5 and 7 as well as in the existing mobile residential complexes, insofar as these are used temporarily.

In buildings 2, 3 and 4 as well as in the Ulmenstraße buildings, two full cleanings are essentially planned per week (stairwells and corridors in buildings 2, 3 and 4 three times a week).

For the mobile residential complexes, it is planned to continue to use only residential complexes 5 and 6 temporarily from January 25, 2021 to December 18, 2021, so that cleaning services are only to be provided for these two residential complexes and only for the period mentioned . If buildings 2, 3 and / or 4 are not completely or partially completed and put into operation in time for the start of the contract period, 2 mobile residential complexes will continue to be used per building until its completion; the cleaning services planned for the building that has not yet been completed must then be provided in these mobile residential complexes during this transition period (possibly with a corresponding adjustment of the remuneration).
