Cleaning service must be performed in accordance with DS / INSTA 800-1: 2018 + DS / INSTA 800-1: 2018 / ret.1: 2019.

Window polishing includes polishing of interior and exterior facade glass, as well as polishing of internal glass and skylights, etc.

The scope of the tender is set out in Appendix A of Contract Appendix 2A: Tender Conditions.

The contract duration is 4 years with an option of up to 24 months extension. In the coming contract period, the contractor expects to complete major renovations of the building stock. Thus, the contractor expects that on 1-2 buildings in continuous replacement no cleaning service and window cleaning should be performed.

Cleaning service and window cleaning are currently performed by an external supplier.
