The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the Lubuskie Specialist Pulmonary and Cardiac Hospital in Torzym Sp. z o.o. The scope of the contract is indivisible, therefore the Contractor must have an agreement with the Distribution System Operator for the provision of distribution services in the area where the place of supply of electricity is located

The estimated electricity demand is: 1220 MWh for 12 months (01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024). The above value was used to calculate the estimated value of the contract, which does not reflect the actual or declared use of electricity during the term of the contract and in no case can be the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor.
