Suppliers are invited to tender for the appointment of lead consultant to assist the Council in the restoration of Memorial Park, Fleetwood.

The outline phases of work are:

— 1: Design development for stage two Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) Parks for People application,

— 2: Pre-construction work for tender documentation,

— 3: Administration of the capital works contract to final certificate.
