Product samples shall be provided of the products offered. Samples must comply with the criteria of the object of the acquisition and meet the requirements set out in the invitation to tender. There is no need to sew an RFID tag or Puro character to be attached to the products.

If the bidder has not submitted samples by the deadline, but nevertheless sends an offer, the bidder will have to be rejected as contrary to the tender offer.
The samples are tested 3 times. After the washes, a jury of laundry experts evaluates and scores the test-washed products. The assessment criteria are set out in Annex 2.
