On behalf of Kristiansund municipality C/o Property Operations, tenderers are invited to submit a tender for a turnkey contract for the renovation and alteration of the property Vågeveien 4 in the centre of Kristiandsund.

Vågeveien 4 is a previous commercial building with shop premises/offices/stores over 4 storeys + a loft. Kristiansund municipality has acquired the property and would like to develop it for office premises for its own entities. The building, which is located next to the Town Hall, shall be included in the term ‘Town Hall Square’. In the long term the Town Hall and Vågeveien 4 will be connected with a lamella between them, but this is not included in the project.

The tender is for a turnkey contract for the renovation and alteration of Vågeveien 4 and it comprises all construction work, technical disciplines and installations, with the accompanying auxillary work. Tenders shall be submitted on the basis of the following description and the attached project documents, as well as on the basis of the contractor's own assessments from a site inspection of the place.

Costs or disadvantages resulting from a lack of knowledge of the buildings will not be compensated.

A joint site inspection will be held.
