Description:

Le présent accord-cadre a pour objectif d'établir les termes régissant les marchés conclus sur son fondement dits «marchés subséquents» à passer pour les travaux d'entretien et de réparation pour l'ensemble des bâtiments départementaux dont le Conseil général du jura est soit propriétaire, soit locataire. Ces travaux ont notamment vocation à répondre à tous travaux d'amélioration ou de maintien en état du patrimoine. En principe, ne sont pas couverts par le présent accord-cadre, les travaux suivants: travaux s'inscrivant dans le cadre d'une rénovation globale.
