Thin Clients - Hardware

The subject matter of the present award procedure is a framework agreement with an economic operator pursuant to Section 21 (3) of the VgV for the purchase of IT hardware for the hospitals of Sana Kliniken AG as contracting entities entitled to call (Annex 3 to the contract).

Thin clients whose specifications meet or exceed the minimum requirements defined in Appendix 4 are required.

The call-off of devices is carried out by the persons authorised to call off devices (see Contract Annex 3) and can be carried out in different quantities at different times. It is not possible to specify a specific retrieval behaviour on the part of the individual persons authorised to retrieve the data.

The hardware offered must be Igel OS certified (Powered by Igel).

The framework agreement is a contract concluded for the duration specified in the contract notice which obliges the contractor(s) to perform the services called up by means of specific contracts under the conditions laid down in the framework agreement and the specific contract concerned.

These individual contracts shall be placed exclusively by the contracting entities specified in Appendix 3 "List of contracting entities" to the undertaking(s) which are the contracting party to the framework agreement at that time.

The clients entitled to call are recipients of funding from the Hospital Future Act and are obliged to comply with procurement law by the funding decision. Some contracting authorities are bound by (antitrust) procurement law as contracting authorities within the meaning of the GWB.

The details of the specific procurement project can be found in the tender documents, in particular the description of the service (Annex 4 to the contract).
