The purpose of this tender of the Client is to contract one (1) tenderer for the recruitment, selection and placement of flexible workers for mainly IT positions (self-employed persons, staff of tenderer or employees employed by third parties). This tender must result in the Client being able to fulfil its need for the hiring of flexible workers in an efficient and lawful manner in order to achieve the following objectives for the Client:

• Effective process to find the right external parties, whereby the Client is unburdened

• Administrative efficiency

• Comply with laws and regulations (no unlawful hiring)

The client hires flexible workers for a total of approximately EUR 1.8 million per year. This concerns approximately 17 people per year. Based on current expenditure, the value of the contract over 4 years is estimated at a minimum of EUR 7.2 million. Where this is likely to increase due to scarcity in the market. This scarcity leads on the one hand to higher rates and on the other hand to a greater need because finding internal employees becomes more difficult.
