Important note: Lot 3 is currently the subject of a draft global performance contract whose award is scheduled for the first half of 2023. Lot 3 will automatically end upon notification of the overall performance contract. The holder will be informed in writing in order to terminate this lot financially and technically. The holder will then propose a termination statement which will then be stopped by the buyer, after control by the amo, and notified to the holder
