The purpose of this framework agreement is to housekeep, clean floors and windows in school groups and buildings of the City and the Communal Centre for Social Action (CCAS). This framework agreement is part of a grouping of orders, taken by deliberation no. 2015-00092 of 29 June 2015, between the City and the Communal Centre for Social Action, whose coordinator is the city of Pavillons-Sous-Bois. The single-contractor Framework Agreement is divided into 2 lots and established in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will be processed by applying a global and fixed price for current and periodic services and unit prices for additional or occasional services. It is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum such as this amount appears in the description specific to each lot for services processed at unit prices

With regard to Lot 1, it is important to carry out daily or periodic housekeeping and floor cleaning in order to maintain the premises in a state of cleanliness such as is required by use and hygiene rules in the various establishments of the Municipality and the CCAS.The contractor must supply the equipment and industrial products in the quantity necessary to provide the services covered by this framework agreement and to meet its obligation of result. The services will be paid for at mixed prices including a global and fixed price and unit prices as they appear in the Unit Price List. This lot is concluded with no minimum and an annual maximum of 100,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT).

For Lot 2, it is important to clean the glazing of the City and CCAS buildings on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. This includes the doors of glazed SAS, all types of interior and exterior windows as well as the signs of certain buildings of the Municipality.The contractor will have to provide the equipment and industrial products in the quantity necessary to ensure the services covered by this framework agreement and meet its obligation of result. The services will be paid for at mixed prices including a global and fixed price and unit prices as they appear in the Unit Price List. This lot is concluded with no minimum and an annual maximum of 10,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT).
