The minimum order quantity comprises 90% of the quantity specified in the specifications. The quantities advertised in the bill of quantities may be exceeded by a maximum of 50%.

This does not result in an obligation to accept in the amount of the estimated order volume. It can decrease as needed, without affecting the offer price and quality.
