Helse Bergen HF is in the second construction phase of the new Children & Youth Hospital at Haukeland University Hospital in Bergen, Norway. The works will be carried out by several different contractors through divided contracts (NS 8405). Helse Bergen is procuring construction supervision commissions that will be part of Helse Bergen's organisation in the building phase. Helse Bergen plans to contract about 15-20 supervision managers in all, but this procurement only relates to the following contracts:

— Supervision manager responsible for planning/scheduling,

— Supervision manager responsible for structural works,

— Supervision manager responsible for logistics.
