The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of municipal waste disposal in the Kondratowice Commune in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ (which at the same time constitutes Annex 1 to the contract).

The scope of the contract includes the collection of municipal waste from the kondratowice commune and its transport from all residents in the order period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 and the transfer of the collected waste for management. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to SWZ. The estimated amount of municipal waste weight is 1,416.96 Mg (based on the last 12 months).
