The service is divided into 2 lots that will be entrusted to different suppliers. The first batch concerns technical and functional studies, development, integration and TMA. The second batch concerns software quality and recipe (requirements engineering, test automation, execution of recipe campaigns, business acceptance assistance). With the exception of the activation and awareness phase, most of the service can be carried out remotely. However, an on-site presence will be required for activities requiring access to real data (personal and sensitive).
