This contest concerns a framework agreement for the delivery of consulting services for project management/project assistance. A contract will be signed with one tenderer. The chosen tenderer shall assist the Contracting Authority as needed during the contract period.
The projects will primarily include projects connected to development work and public procurement in AtB's service areas.

The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority has sufficient capacity in project management, project assistance, and project support (project secretary) in addition to the resources that the Contracting Authority itself has. It can also be used to get an external look at assessments that the Contracting Authority has made.
The tenderer must provide project management, project assistance, and advice connected to existing and future procurement projects and development projects. The assistance must take the Contracting Authority´s needs as an organisation into consideration, as well as internal and external users, connected to current and future selected projects. Tenderers must offer very good project manager competence with a high degree of performance security in the contract period.
