1. The subject of the contract are the supply of orthopedic products along with their transport, unloading and bringing (at the expense and risk of the contractor) in the manner indicated by the Contracting Authority for the needs of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Locomotor Organs at 3 Maja 37 Szpital Pomnik Chrztu Polish in Gniezno.

3. The contracting authority shall allow equivalent tenders to be submitted. Detailed regulations specified in the SWZ.
