This contract concerns the operation of a waste transfer station and the transfer from Bourg de Thizy (69240) to a place called "Malebarde" for approximately 6,500 t of residual household waste (OMR) and 700 t of packaging light (El):

- part of the household waste from the Agglomeration Community of Western Rhone (including the former territory of the Community of Municipalities of the Pays d'Amplepuis Thizy and the Community of Municipalities of the Haute Vallée d'Azergues) mainly to the energy recovery plant in Villefranche-sur-Saône;

- part of the light packaging of the Agglomeration Community of Western Rhone (including the former territory of the Community of Municipalities of the Pays d'Amplepuis Thizy and the Community of Municipalities of the Haute Vallée d'Azergues) to the sorting center currently located at Firminy 42 (Suez company). This outlet may need to change during the market.

This service provision contract concerns:

- the management of the three seedlings provided by Sytraival (and their routine maintenance, in accordance with the provisions of article 4 of the CCTP), the provision of a trailer truck ensuring the conveyance of these seedlings to ensure the transfer of residual household waste and packaging;

- collection and transport of household waste and light household packaging from the territory of the West Rhone agglomeration community to treatment centers designated by Sytraival;

- taking charge of the installations and their routine maintenance.
