1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery for the Purchasing Authority of two complete new factory hook cars for the collection of municipal waste. 2. The order item consists of two parts.
BIG HACKER1. The subject of the order in Part I is the delivery for the Purchasing Authority of a complete factory new hook car built on FM 6x2 chassis with a minimum of 430 hp axle drawn self-stamped with hook device HKS for carrying containers up to 7000 mm together with warranty for the period at least 24 months and a service package for a period of at least 24 months.
2. Description of the subject matter of the order - provisions common to both parts of the order:
1) The Ordering Party absolutely requires that all offered cars:
(a) were new factory (not older than those produced in 2020);
(b) have met the minimum standard of the European Emission Standard Euro 6;
c) were equipped with a cab with air conditioning, automatic or automated transmission, XTrack system, and digital tachographs.
Note: the detailed specification of the minimum technical requirements of the Contracting Authority for cars delivered under this order is Annex 9 to SWZ.
2) The Ordering Party requires that all offered cars be covered by an additional free service package for a period of not less than 24 months from the date of protocol receipt of the item of each car without the comments of the Contracting Authority.
Note: the minimum range of activities covered by the free service package required by the Ordering Party is common to both vehicles. For a detailed list of these activities, see Annex No 10 to the SWZ).
3) The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor has at least one of its own or authorized service station located at a distance of not more than 100 km from the office of the Contracting Authority located in Stary Babice at Kutrzeby Street 36, and for the purpose of determining that the distance will be accepted each time by the Ordering Party the shortest possible distance between the office of the Ordering Party and the service station counted after the network of public roads permitted for the traffic of offered cars (applies to chassis and installation of equipment).
3. In connection with the Contracting Authority's economic activity involving
in particular the collection and transport of municipal waste by road all cars referred to in point 2 must be equipped with a system of registration of daily routes GPS XTrack compliant with the requirements of the Ordering Party (detailed specification of minimum technical requirements of the Contracting Authority for cars delivered under this order is Annex 9 to the SWZ). Accordingly, the selected Contractor is obliged to provide cars equipped with such a system, as well as provide to the Contracting Authority login data allowing to retrieve records of this system from the registration application. (The model of the Contractor's statement on the assembly of the GPS XTrack system is Annex 11 to SWZ).
4. On the day of the transfer of the delivered cars to the Contracting Authority, the Contractor shall conduct without separate remuneration training of designated employees of the Contracting Authority (two for each car) in the field of operation and operation of the car and the equipment installed therein.
5. With the transfer of the item of delivery to the Ordering Party, the Contractor shall issue to the Contracting Authority instructions for use in Polish chassis and built-in, certificates and declarations for security and at least two sets of keys for each car, as well as: first aid kit, triangle and fire extinguisher, one piece for each car.

LITTLE HACKER1.The subject of the order in Part II is delivery for the Purchasing Authority of a complete factory new hook car built on FE4x2 chassis cushions with a minimum capacity of 250 hp with a hook fitting with a loading capacity of 12 Mg allowing the transport of containers from 3200 to 5000 mm length including a guarantee for a period of at least 24 months and a service package for a period of at least 24 months.
2. Description of the subject matter of the order - provisions common to both parts of the order:
1) The Ordering Party absolutely requires that all offered cars:
(a) were new factory (not older than those produced in 2020);
(b) have met the minimum standard of the European Emission Standard Euro 6;
