I. The subject of the order is the collection and transport of municipal waste from real estate where residents do not reside, but municipal waste is generated, located in the Nowa Dęba Commune (it should be understood as the area of the Nowa Dęba City and Commune).

1. The subject of the contract includes:

1) collection of mixed municipal waste with code 20 03 01,

2) collection of the following fractions of separately collected municipal waste:

- paper, cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging, textiles code 20 01 01, 20 01 10, 20 01 11.

15 01 01,

- glass, glass packaging, code 20 01 02, 15 01 07,

- metals, metal packaging, code 20 01 40, 15 01 04,

- plastics, plastic packaging code 20 01 39, 15 01 02,

- multi-material packaging code 15 01 05,

- biodegradable waste code 20 02 01 (green waste), biodegradable kitchen waste: code 20 01 08.

3) collection of waste from the liquidation of "illegal dumps" on a written notification of the Employer within three working days of notification. Note - the cost of collecting and managing waste as above. should be included in the Contractor's remuneration. The contracting authority provides an estimate of the amount of waste collected during the liquidation of "illegal dumps". In the notification, the Employer will specify the place of waste collection. The amount of collected waste from the liquidation of "illegal dumps" in the municipality of Nowa Dęba was in 2013 - 48.1 m 3 , in 2014 - 34.65 m 3 , in 2015 - 28.20 m 3 , in 2016 - 32.76 m 3 , in 2017 - 110.85 m 3 , in 2018 - 20.16 m 3 .

4) transport of collected waste to the Regional Waste Processing Installation indicated for the northern region in the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodship, indicated in the binding resolution of the Podkarpackie Sejmik on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodship, i.e. the Mechanical and Biological Municipal Waste Processing Plant, ul. . Central Industrial District, 37-450 Stalowa Wola.
