Sarastia Ltd is requesting offers to its customers for food procurement. The products to be competitive are divided into three subsets, which are 1. Dairy products, 2. fresh bakery products and 3. other food products (e.g. meat, meat products, ready food, dry products, canned food, spices, sauces, juices, frozen foods, fresh products, non-food products).

The contract to be competitive specifies the quality requirements related to the characteristics and production of products, which the contract supplier undertakes to implement and report through the contract period. In addition, services related to deliveries and their prices are defined.

Competition selects one contract supplier for each subset. Each subset shall be subject to its own indefinite procurement contract. However, all parties (contract supplier, subscribing customers, Sarastia) may terminate the contract to expire with six (6) months' notice.

In the subset of dairy products, milk, sourcream, cream, cheeses you can, veneers, yoghurts, curds, mousset, milk-based food products, as well as other dairy products. The quality requirements for products and their deliveries are specified in the section of this Invitation to Tender the criteria for the object of the acquisition and in the draft contract and pricing annex attached to the invitation to tender.
