The contracting authority seeks tenders for consultancy services linked to production work.
The contracting authority requests consultancy services within the frilled of geographic information systems (GIS), chart production and processing of bathymetry data.
The value of this framework agreement is estimated to 6 000 000 NOK.

The Framework Agreement will be used either when the employees of the Norwegian Mapping Authority do not have the capacity to perform the tasks that the Norwegian Mapping Authority is responsible for, or subject to the amount allocated to the department in the annual funding form the Government budget and/or any other additional funding.
The tasks will initially be planned in advance, but there will also be a need for consulting services for the tasks at short notice.
The contracting authority has a fully digital and process-oriented production line.
Some of the work will be done in the customer's secure area, and working with classified data. Security clearance from the National Security Agency is therefore a prerequisite for the personnel who will work with classified data, and this must in order before the work can begin. Security clearance is not required for personnel who will work in the Chart section.
The contracting authority is responsible for the security clearance application for personnel who will be working with classified data. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that this process is time consuming and should be begun early.
