1. The subject of the contract is the maintenance service of cranes in the facilities of the UCC.
2. The subject of the order consists of two tasks:
1) Task 1: Maintenance of lifts CMI hospital - period 36 months
2) Task 2: Modernization of lifts no. 1 and 2 CMI control room + mechanical package.
3. A contractor may submit a bid for one or two tasks.
4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, divided into tasks, is attached as Appendix 11 to the Terms of Reference.
5. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders.
6. The Contracting Authority does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law.
7. The contracting authority requires submission of tenders in electronic form. A detailed description (instruction) for submitting offers in electronic form is included in paragraph XIV SWZ.
8. The Contracting Authority informs that in the said public procurement procedure the so-called "reversed order of tender evaluation" referred to in Article 139 of the Public Procurement Law will be applied.
