The aim of the present award procedure is to jointly procure a framework agreement for consulting services for the implementation of an administrative and medical decision support platform (Medical Data Warehouse, or "MDWH" for short) for all Asklepios hospital operators.

In the course of setting up an administrative and medical decision support platform (Medical Data Warehouse, or "MDWH" for short), the technical and professional requirements must be collected and validated, in particular with regard to the fulfillment of the funding criteria 4 KHZG. Subsequently, different implementation paths (technologies) will be evaluated with regard to their fulfillment of the requirements (technology matrix) and a phase and implementation plan for the development program will be worked out.

The subject of the contract is consulting, evaluation and planning services in this regard.

The services to be provided are commissioned by means of a framework agreement and are requested as required by Asklepios Service IT GmbH, HR Königstein B 6703, Königstein/Ts., (hereinafter also referred to as "AIG"). The total demand for the contracted services is estimated at a total of 180 days based on 8 hours per day until 31.12.2023.
