from real estate inhabited by residents located in the Jakubów commune in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Act on waste of 14 December 2012, the Voivodship Waste Management Plan for Mazovia in force during the term of the contract, the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Jakubów Commune as well as other provisions of statutory and local law.
