The subject of the contract is the provision of IT support services to IT systems supporting mass programs.

Support and development services shall be provided for not less than 3,000 man-hours and not exceeding 7,380 man-hours for the duration of the contract. The detailed scope and manner of providing services is included in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

DATE OF PERFORMANCE OF THE ORDER

The Contracting Authority requires that the contract be performed for a maximum period of 36 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the maximum contract value referred to in §5 section 1 of Annex 4 to the SWZ is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
