The purpose of this contract is to provide upkeep and maintenance services for fire extinguishers and RIAs. This contract is concluded within the framework of an order group made up of the following communities: Douaisis Agglo and the Communes of Bugnicourt, Cantin, Courchelettes, Cuincy, Faumont, Férin, Lambres-lez-Douai, Marcq-en-Ostrevent, Râches and Villers at the mound. A constitutive agreement defines the operating procedures of the group in accordance with Article L. 2113-7 of the Public Order Code. Douaisis Agglo has been appointed coordinator of the consortium and has received a mandate from the constituent members of the consortium to launch the consultation, award the contract, sign and notify the successful holder in the name and on behalf of each member of the consortium.
This consultation follows a first procedure declared unsuccessful due to unsuccessfulness (absence of an admissible application and / or a regular offer).

The market is treated at mixed prices for all the member municipalities:
- it will be the subject of a global and fixed price for the preventive maintenance services corresponding to the verification of all the equipment and installation and for the performance of the installation audit (when this is provided for in the breakdown of the overall and fixed price).
