By means of this European public tender, the Unie van Waterschappen wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor who can meet the need for external personnel.

All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a tender. This can be done independently, as a partnership and / or by calling on third parties. For further information, see the tender documents.

The need for external hiring is inherently dynamic. The scope of the contract is estimated at approximately EUR 1,000,000 (excl. VAT) per year, ie EUR 4,000,000 (excl. VAT) over a period of four years, being the intended maximum duration.
