Construction project (s) to be monitored
The overall project consists of four projects:
• Renewal of Altplauen
• Renewal of EÜ Würzburger Straße
• Renewal of EÜ Bienertstraße
• Renewal of Dresden-Plauen station (platform, access)
The construction project has already been in the realization for 2 years. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2023.
Essentially, the following structures will be built:
• Renewal of Altplauen
• Renewal of EÜ Würzburger Straße
• Renewal of EÜ Bienertstraße
• Renewal of Dresden-Plauen station (platform, access)
• Civil engineering work (including drainage of all tracks and edge and shunting paths)
• Oberbauarbeiten
• Underground cable construction work (including manufacture of cable vessel systems and crossings)
• New retaining walls or caps incl. railings
• New construction of noise barriers
The execution is divided into several construction phases, which in turn can be divided into several construction stages. A detailed list and presentation can be found in the feasibility study attached to the procurement documents. Due to repeated construction time shifts and changes in the construction process, this plan serves as a rough orientation. The content of this invitation to tender BÜB KIB/Fb is the continuation / monitoring of the aforementioned services. This includes in particular the completion of the three EÜ and the halt as well as the superstructure for the IBN of track D-W. In this context, the connection areas between the newly erected EÜ and existing retaining walls will also be established and the web-right caps of the retaining walls including railings will be completed. This will be followed by work on the IBN of track W-D and the remaining services. This includes, among other things, the completion of the superstructure and the renewal of the retaining walls and the caps including railings on the left as well as the construction of the noise protection walls. The commissioning of the construction supervision service is not based on the construction phases, but on the relevant annual disc for the year 2023. The performance of BÜB FB/KIB is to be taken over in accordance with the service description attached to the tender documents and the service descriptions as well as the personnel deployment plan filled by the bidder for the trade IOH (civil engineering-superstructure-building construction). The deployment of personnel including representation must be planned.
