The project “Renovation of Urban Social Housing Weststadt” includes the renovation of 92 social housing in Leer. There will be 6 construction phases, each of which will overlap. Construction work will start on March 5, 2021, project end: May 31, 2022.
Components of the service to be provided are the insulation of the top floor ceiling, the housing of the staircase heads, the insulation of wall surfaces in the dry floor against apartments, the installation of facing shells and dry plaster boards, and the hanging of ceilings in the corridors.
