The contract is a single contractor. It is not renewable. It is not allotted. It is a single-contractor framework agreement with a global and flat-rate price and unit prices. Part of the contract is concluded on the basis of the overall and lump sum price as indicated in the deed of commitment and as detailed in Annex 2 to the deed of commitment (Dpgf).
