The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste indicated in the description of the order from the properties where the residents live, located in the Municipality and the City of Raszków, within the meaning of the Act of 13.09.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519) to the Reloading Station in Dobra Hope, Pleszew Commune, registration plot number: 4/8 and 6/7, and with the exception of kitchen bio-waste and expired medicines, which should be delivered directly to the Wielkopolska Recycling Centre – Spółka z o.o., 1 M. Małynicza Street, 63–200 Jarocin, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality and City of Raszków, as well as other provisions of generally applicable and local law, from 1.05.2023 to 31.12.2023. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in Appendix 8 to the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of real estate located in GiM Raszków. The subject of the contract includes the collection of municipal waste by type of waste

The subject of the order shall include the collection of the following municipal waste, broken down by types of waste, which will be received from the owners of the inhabited property:

2.1. unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

2.2. Separately collected municipal waste, broken down into:

(a) paper and paperboard, including packaging of paper and cardboard,

(b) Plastic, including plastic packaging, multi-aerial packaging, metals,

(c) coloured and colourless glass,

(d) biodegradable waste — broken down into green and kitchen,

(e) ash and slag from domestic fireboxes,

(f) large-sized waste.

The subject of the contract shall include the collection of municipal waste selectively collected in the units listed in Annex 17 to SWZ: expired medicines.
