The Riverside Group Limited ("the Authority") ran a mini-competition in accordance with the rules of the London Development Panel Framework Agreement (established under Contract Notice 2012/S 69-113942 of 7.4.2012) to appoint a developer to carry out or procure the carrying out of development works at a site at Geoffrey Close London, SE5 9BX. The Authority awarded the contract to the developer who submitted the most economically advantageous tender pursuant to the rules of the framework agreement.
