The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 1.7.2020 to 30.6.2021 to 918 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) 36 585.96 MWh, of which:
1) to premises and facilities (part 1 of the contract) - 18 273.37 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the Terms of Reference;
2) for road lighting (part 2 of the contract) - 18 312.59 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b to the Terms of Reference.
The forecast electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the contract period. Reducing or increasing the amount of energy consumed does not entail any consequences for the Ordering Party (recipients), except for the need to pay for the energy actually consumed at the rates specified in the contract.
Supply of electricity to premises and facilities1. Number of measuring systems accounting for electricity consumed 63 pcs.
2. Detailed list of collection points (PPE) The Awarding Entity is attached as Annex 1a to the ToR.
3. Estimated electricity consumption over the duration of the contract (+/- 10%) 18,273.37 MWh, of which:
- zone I 5,067.70 MWh,
- zone II 2,481.48 MWh,
- zone III 10 724.19 MWh.
4. The above data are indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption.
5. Deliveries will take place from 1.7.2020 to 30.6.2021.
6. Current electricity supply contracts will expire on the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column 'delivery period').
7. For all PPEs, there will be a change of seller once again.
8. Purchasers have valid distribution agreements.
9. The measuring systems with the tariff group B are adapted to the procedure of changing the seller.
Supply of electricity for the needs of road lighting1. Number of measuring systems accounting for electricity consumed 855 pcs.
2. A detailed list of collection points (PPE) is attached as Annex 1b to the ToR.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the contract period (+/- 10%) 18 312.59 MWh, of which:
- zone I 18,3112.59 MWh,
- zone II 0.00 MWh,
- zone III 0.00 MWh.

4. Deliveries will take place from 1.7.2020 to 30.6.2021.
5. For all PPEs, there will be a change of seller once again.
6. Purchasers have valid distribution agreements.
7. The Employer expects to issue invoices for the supplied energy as described below the list of tapping points - Annex 1b to the ToR.
