these contracts are subject to the Public Order Code. This document is referred to as "the Code". Qualified as service contracts, they constitute framework agreements with purchase orders, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2125-1, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Code. Each of the contracts, corresponding to the two lots, will be awarded to a single holder for a maximum period of 3 years, including renewal. Contracts will take effect from the date of notification
