replacement of light bulbs in lighthouses, replacement of sodium lighting fixtures with led,
installation of mounting sockets for active signs,
renewing and replenishing missing information inscriptions on poles and control and security cabinets.

The Contractor under the contract is obliged to maintain the signalling, active signs and power equipment in full technical and usable efficiency in accordance with VOLUME III OPZ. The Contractor shall be responsible for the proper functioning of the signalling and equipment and shall be solely responsible for the effects of malfunctioning of signalling and equipment resulting from improper performance of services. The scope of the order includes: two-phase and excited traffic lights, D-6 signs with warning lamp system, active signs C, D-6, U-5c with diode pulsators, illumination of pedestrian crossings on a positive contrast basis, and road-lighting poles and lanterns installed on roads national branch in Opole District Opole in Opole, as listed in Volume IV of SWZ.
The Contractor is entrusted with the execution of the order, in the event of a traffic light failure, shall proceed to remove them within 2 hours of the notification and within the time declared in point 3b) of the offer form in case of a sign failure active and street lighting, under the rigor of the burden of contractual penalties specified in the contract. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide 24-hour availability and 24-hour telephone contact. Settlement will occur during monthly periods for services made in accordance with the Specific Technical Specifications — General Requirements on the basis of invoices issued by the contractor.

Unit prices of billing elements offered by the contractor in the offer for individual assortments of works, services and supplies will be valued during the duration of the contract, under the terms described in VOLUME II the proposed provisions of the contract.
These orders are one of several parts of the order carried out on the territory of the Opole Branch and applies to part of the roads of the Opole District.
For organisational reasons, including in particular the supervision of services that will be carried out under this contract, it is inadvisable to divide the contract in question into smaller parts.
The order includes national roads 39, 40, 42, 45, 46, 46a, 46j, 88, 94, 94c in the territory administered by GDDKiA Branch in Opole, District in Opole, and provides for the inclusion of the construction section of the national road No. 40 —Kędzierzyna-Koźla Bypass.
