The work will be aimed at the recovery of the Ex Arici Sega building in Case a San Polo to create a mix of social and subsidized housing and services for the neighborhood.

It should be noted that the project has been divided into two lots, each to be awarded with a separate and autonomous procedure, as the construction site area concerns two distinct buildings subject to differentiated interventions that therefore require different requirements for participation in the tender.
