New construction of a residential and commercial building with 29 apartments, 4 shops and a new retirement home with 60 resident rooms. Both buildings have a basement and are connected by an underground car park.
The common heating center is located in the house. The common underground car park connects to the substation in the retirement home.
The energy source for supplying heat to the property is gas. The heat is generated via a bivalent heating system with a condensing boiler and a combined heat and power plant:
- 1 piece of condensing boiler 200 kW;
- 1 piece of CHP 32 kW thermal;
- approx .: 60 pieces of fittings DN 15 - DN 65;
- approx .: 2 200 m pipes DN 15 - DN 65;
- approx .: 4,050 m
