The client intends to build a new triple sports hall on a previously undeveloped area of land north of the Nordring between the Delbrück indoor swimming pool and Nachtigallenweg.
The requirements of DIN 18032 "Sports halls - Halls and rooms for sports and multi-purpose use" must be met in principle. With regard to the hall dimensions and the space program, the specifications according to DIN 18032-1 are to be preferred. However, the city of Delbrück reserves the right to request a different modification of the hall dimensions and the space program. Accordingly, the space program is still to be developed in the course of the basic determination in service phase 1 with the participation of the contractor.

When planning the sports hall, it must be taken into account that the connection of the building to a future local heating network is planned for the entire school campus.
The object of the contract is the object planning services required for the project in the areas of buildings and interiors as well as traffic facilities (for more details, see section II.2.4).
The object of the contract is the object planning services for the performance profile of buildings and interiors for the construction project "New construction triple sports hall" briefly described in Section II.1.4 and explained in more detail in the service description (available at the Internet address mentioned in Section I.3).
The contract covers work phases 1 to 9, with a step-by-step commissioning of the work phases (see Section II.2.11).
In addition to the largely transferred basic services, selected special services are transferred. The details are regulated by the service description (available at the Internet address mentioned in Section 1.3).
