The subject of the contract is: collection of mixed municipal waste and waste collected selectively

In part 1:

a) collection of mixed municipal waste and waste collected separately from property owners in the commune and city of Witkowo, where residents live, there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes,

b) collection of separately collected municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Małachowo-Wierzbiczany,

c) collection of separately collected municipal waste from areas intended for public use,

d) ensuring the appropriate quantity and quality of containers and bags for selective waste collection,

e) collection of bulky waste from the commune and the city of Witkowo.

In part 2:

Collection and transport of municipal waste from the Recreation Center in Skorzęcin (uninhabited area) together with securing the necessary number of containers.

1. The subject of the order is:

a) collection of mixed municipal waste and waste collected separately from property owners in the commune and city of Witkowo, where:

- residents,

- there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes (summer plots in Gaj, Ostrowite Prymasowskie, Skorzęcin Rybakówka and Wiekowo).

b) collection of separately collected municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Małachowo-Wierzbiczany,

c) collection of separately collected municipal waste from areas intended for public use,

d) ensuring the appropriate quantity and quality of containers and bags for selective waste collection,

e) collection of bulky waste from the commune and the city of Witkowo.

1.1. As part of the task, the contractor will collect and transport:

a) mixed municipal waste as well as green waste and bio-waste, bulky waste for the regional installation for municipal waste processing - Zakład Zagospodarowania Materiałów in Lulków, run by Urbis Spółka z oo based in Gniezno at ul. Chrobrego 24/25 or for installations intended for substitute servicing of the region, indicated in resolution No. XLII / 982/18 of the Wielkopolska Voivodship Assembly of 26.2.2018 regarding the amendment of resolution No. XXXI / 811/17 of the Wielkopolska Voivodship Assembly of 29.5.2017 on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolskie Voivodship for the years 2016-2022,

b) waste selectively collected from property owners, collected from PSZOK and from lands intended for public use for a regional installation for municipal waste processing, referred to in point 1.1. a) or to entities collecting this waste, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management methods referred to in art. 17 of the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste and in accordance with art. 6d paragraph 4 point 5) of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes.

1.2. The contractor will equip real estate located in the Witkowo commune, where residents reside and there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, PSZOK in Małachów-Wierzbiczany and areas intended for public use with containers and bags for collecting waste collected in a selective manner , in accordance with point 2.11. Description of the subject of the order.

1.3. The order does not include the collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents do not reside or waste arising from business operations.

1.4. Waste should be collected in such a way as not to cause mixing of separately collected municipal waste with mixed municipal waste collected from property owners and separately collected municipal waste of various types with each other. Containers for collecting selective waste should be kept in proper sanitary, orderly and technical condition. The obligation to clean and disinfect containers for biodegradable waste, bio-waste and green waste is the responsibility of the property owners to whom these containers will be lent.

1. The subject of the order is the collection and transport of municipal waste from the holiday center in Skorzęcin (uninhabited area) with an area of 40.41.73 ha together with securing the necessary amount of containers for municipal waste.

The resort has approximately 8,000 permanent beds.

On weekends, in June a significant number of tourists come to the Center with a one-day stay / on hot summer weekends, sometimes around 20,000 tourists come to the Center /.

The Center has 50 permanent catering and commercial outlets and about 20 seasonal commercial outlets.

During the year, around 700 Mg of mixed waste is removed from the Recreation Center in Skorzęcin. From January to June 2016, approximately 270 Mg of mixed waste was removed.

2. On the aforementioned area, especially at pedestrian paths in the central part of the Center, at the beach and places most frequented by tourists / after agreeing with the appropriate Authority - Administrator - Center / containers with smaller capacity, e.g. 240 l. min. 200 pcs

The subject of the order also includes emptying containers that the Contractor will place in different parts of the Center, min. at 20 points indicated by the Center Administrator in the number of containers necessary for storing waste at an appropriate daily frequency of emptying.

Recommended containers with capacity 1100 l. In an amount of about 2-5 pieces at each point.

A certain number of containers is necessary in the month of June.

In the remaining period in a reduced amount, but necessary, enabling storage of garbage in every part of the Center.

The contractor is also required to empty up to 70 containers. about 110 l. Set up on the beach belonging to OKSiR and ca 100 street baskets belonging to the Employer.

3. Emptying of containers should be carried out on a regular basis, so that there is no litter and no epidemiological threat, but in June every day, and if necessary several times, with particular regard to Saturdays and Sundays.

4. It is forbidden to sort garbage at the Recreation Center in Skorzęcin.

5. It is the Contractor's responsibility to maintain cleanliness around containers placed at the Recreation Center and to maintain the appropriate sanitary condition of the containers.

The Purchaser is not responsible for damaged containers owned by the Contractor.
