the City of La Roche-Sur-Yon and La Roche-Sur-Yon Agglomeration wish to entrust an AMO mission for the definition of a travel policy. For this purpose, a control group has been set up.

The purpose of this consultation is to carry out traffic study services on the perimeter of the municipality of La Roche-Sur-Yon. It includes the edition of general diagnostics, traffic models and scenarios on sectors of the city.

At the end of the consultation, a framework agreement with single-awarding purchase orders without minimum amount and with an annual maximum will be concluded. The initial duration is set at 12 months from the date of notification. The Framework Agreement may be tacitly renewed 3 times.

The maximum annual value of the framework agreement is set at EUR 370 000 (excluding tax).

The contractual breakdown of the maximum annual amount per member of the grouping is as follows:

- city of La Roche-Sur-Yon: 210,000 euro (excluding VAT).

- La Roche-Sur-Yon Agglomeration: 160,000 euro (excluding VAT).
