1. The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of logging and skidding wood to be performed in the Złotoryja Forest District in 2023, in the forests of the Świerzawa precinct. .

2. The Contractor shall be bound by the offer for 90 days from the date of expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders, i.e. until 12.03.2022.

3. The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

4.The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract, consisting of the repetition of services compatible with the services constituting the subject of the contract. orders shall not exceed 50% of the value of this order.
