Contract period: until December 31, 2023; 2 times 12 months option.

On January 1, 2014, the Lower Saxony Law on Safeguarding Tariff Compliance and Competition in the Award of Public Contracts (Lower Saxony Tariff Compliance and Procurement Act - NTVergG) came into force. This law is intended to ensure fair competition in the awarding of public contracts and to promote environmentally and socially responsible procurement by the public sector. The NTVergG applies to all public contracts for construction, services and delivery services, including services in the field of public transport (public transport) - from an estimated order value of EUR 20,000.00 (net).

The contract is awarded in accordance with Section 3 (1) of the NTVergG in accordance with the provisions of the Lower Threshold Award Ordinance (UVgO) of February 2, 2017. Reference is made to Section 2 of the UVgO (award principles). Furthermore, reference is made to some of the basic regulations of the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB), in particular Section 97 (1) to (6) GWB.
