The subject of the call for proposals is to commission a service provider who will find a suitable for the legal administration examination of the AG (for legal administration candidates of the federal states of Baden-Württemberg (BW), Rhineland-Palatinate (RP) and Saarland (SL) in 2022 and optionally in 2023 (see 1.7 for more details) provides software and the technical infrastructure and hardware required for the secure audit environment, and also provides support before and during the exam and, if necessary, the correction phase, including any (sometimes optional) upstream practice options.

Expected number of exam participants:

In 2022: probably 240 to 280 candidates,

in 2023:280 to 310 candidates expected.

The order volume for this call for tenders is described as precisely as possible. However, the demand is not binding and can only be determined in accordance with the new specifications of the AG, in particular with regard to the unpredictable number of candidates and other programming and support services that may be required, and therefore only reflects an estimated order quantity. It cannot therefore be ruled out that individual services may be called up in a different order of magnitude or/and a different period of time.
