The city of Nordhausen is planning to build a new fire service center for the joint use of professional, volunteer and youth fire brigades. The total size of the property is approx. 11 250 m 2 . The new building is divided into a main hall with 16 parking spaces, an adjoining hall with 6 parking spaces and an administrative clasp. Workshops and a hose and exercise tower serve both the Nordhausen fire department itself and the surrounding fire departments.

The new building has a U-shaped area of approx. 2,750 m 2nd with an extent of approx. 90 m in the north and approx. 32 m in the south as well as a width of approx. 34 m in the east and 72 m in the west. The gross floor area is approximately 5,000 m 2nd , the BRI is approx. 25,000 m³.

The service advertised here includes the electrical installation consisting of the installation work with EIB / KNX installation bus and electrical distributions divided into AV and SV, lighting in LED technology, fire alarm system, RWA system, ELA system, safety lighting and the complete data network as structured cabling, PBX, video surveillance.

A subdivision of this service into further lots is not planned (see point II.1.6.)).

- approx. 37,000 m NYM-J sheathed cable;

- approx. 13,500 m of bus and control cables;

- NSHV with transducer measurement in a separate floor-standing cabinet;

- approx. 20 electrical sub-distributions as a floor-standing cabinet with all built-in parts (LS, FI / LS, load switch, ...);

- BMZ with FIZ and approx. 260 smoke detectors;

- approx. 24,000 m network cable with approx. 10 network cabinets and approx. 175 double data sockets;

- Safety lighting with group battery system and approx. 100 safety lights in LED technology;

- approx. 32 light strip lights in LED technology;

- approx. 470 m LED light channel as surface-mounted luminaire;

- approx. 190 pieces of moisture-proof luminaires in LED technology;

- approx. 130 LED lights;

- approx. Charge retention of emergency vehicles;

- PA system with central unit and approx. 60 loudspeakers;

- approx. 7 pcs of video surveillance cameras PoE.
