PART NO. 1 - The subject of the contract is COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF CLEANLINESS IN THE FACILITIES AND ON THE PREMISES OF THE JAN MATEJKO ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS IN KRAKOW, concerns:

A complex of buildings located at 13 Jan Matejko Square in Krakow, Paderewskiego Street, 18 Basztowa Street - together with the auditorium, and the adjacent area, i.e. access to the buildings,

The premises in the building at 4 Jana Matejko Square in Krakow,

Premises in the building of the railway station at 3 Jan Nowak-Jeziorański Square in Krakow,

Apartment No. 1 in the building at 29 Radziwiłłowska Street in Krakow.

Premises numbered: 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 8, 8A in the building at 21 Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego Street (front building) and premises No. 10 in the building at 21 Marszałka Piłsudskiego Street (outbuilding building).

The building located at 21 Władysława Syrokomli Street in Krakow together with the area of the post-railway station and access to the building (sidewalk) at 21 Władysława Syrokomli Street.
