In the context of this invitation to tender, the contracting authority intends to
agreement with one (1) supplier for the supply of F3 concentrate. After
final award will be a framework agreement, to be concluded between contracting
service and tenderer for a period of two (2) years, with the possibility of a unilateral
renewal by the contracting authority for four (4) times up to 2 years per renewal. It
is the intention of the contracting authority to use the maximum contract duration, but the
contracting authority is free not to renew the contract without specifying
reason. Influence on the decision of the contracting authority whether or not to
