Radian is seeking to appoint a number of recruitment agencies that consistently meet the highest professional levels of performance and conduct. The supplier will need to deliver high quality, control and effective monitoring whilst also meeting all the requirements set out in the Service specification – Appendix A.
In a complex legal and regulatory environment, Radian requires providers that take responsibility for achieving:
— Compliance with legislation and regulations;
— 100 % eligibility of workers to work;
— Minimisation of risk, in respect of security, confidentiality, data protection and fraud;
— Diversity and equality of opportunity;
— Reduction in the supply chain costs;
— Complete financial regularity (notably, in payment of tax, NI and VAT);
It is a requirement that agency workers are:
— Available where and when they are needed, i.e. that fill rates are high (consistently over 95 % for normal working hours), details as per Appendix L, KPI Handbook;
