The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of logging and skidding , forest breeding, forest protection, fire protection along with fire-fighting service, maintenance of the necessary fire-fighting, educational and tourist infrastructure, side forest utilization, water melioration, seed production including the collection of tree seeds and forest shrubs, to be carried out in the Warmiak, Rudne forestry, Lipniki, Serafin in the Myszyniec Forest District in 2019.

The subject of the order was divided into four (4) lots (hereinafter: "Package") "

Package I: forestry: Warmiak;

Package II: forestry: Rudne, fire station Dęby;

Package III: Serafin forestry;

Package IV: forestry: Lipniki.
