The purpose of this consultation is to supply shrubs, perennials, roses, climbing plants and poaceae. The contract will be awarded in the form of a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders, in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 and R. 2162-2 to R. 2162-6 of the SPC. The Framework Agreement will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months from 6 November 2023 at the earliest or from the date of notification, whichever is later. It will be tacitly renewable 3 times in successive periods of 12 months. The contract will be concluded without minimum and with a maximum annual amount of 90,000.00 euro (excl. tax). This contract includes environmental performance conditions, details of which are indicated to the CCAP and the CCTP.
